Store Colleague
Are you passionate about pets and providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Colleagues, where your role will be at the heart of our pet care centres.
The Role
As a Store Colleague, you will be key to our success by exceeding customer expectations, upholding top pet care standards, and ensuring excellent operations. You will also build strong customer relationships, enhancing their experience with us. You will work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven store environment. Availability is required for 3–4 days per week (typically 4 or 6‑hour shifts), including Monday, Friday and weekends. Shifts may start as early as 7:00 am for deliveries and finish as late as 8:00 pm.
