What's on offer Competitive base salary + uncapped commission 22 days' holiday + bank holidays The opportunity to earn up to 12 extra days' leave per year Never work your birthday — enjoy the day off, on us Industry-leading training Clear, achievable career progression Private healthcare A warm desk with live roles to fill from day one Regular team days, incentives, and rewards for hard work What You'll Be Doing As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include: Making outbound calls to connect with clients and generate new business Interviewing candidates and building a strong talent database Matching candidates to live roles Screening and shortlisting applicants Preparing candidates for interviews Negotiating fees and terms with clients What we're looking for We're open to all backgrounds; If you've got the right attitude, we can teach you the rest. Experience or examples of the following skills will help you stand out: Strong communication Confidence speaking to people on the phone A bit of sales instinct or negotiating ability Focus and drive to hit targets Good time management Resilience and a practical mindset This is a full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday). While the role is primarily office-based, you'll also have opportunities to meet with clients and candidates in person. A full UK driving licence is preferred, as supporting people face-to-face is a key part of how we work
