We’re looking for an Account Manager who is super organised and can maintain client accounts whilst upselling and cross‑selling with confidence. The role offers uncapped commission, giving you a great incentive and the opportunity to earn a truly fantastic income!
You’ll be working with other Account Managers and Business Development Managers, based from the head office in Poole, Dorset, with the flexibility of hybrid working from home 2-3 days per week - ensuring you can still enjoy your own personal commitments on WFH days.

* Basic annual salary £35,000 - £40,000 p.a.
* Uncapped commission structure (OTE is around £46K, however £50‑60K is still achievable)

What you’ll be doing:
* Managing and developing a portfolio of existing client accounts
* Building strong, lasting relationships with clients
* Identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to grow business and increase margin from your accounts
* Maintaining accurate records and keeping accounts organised
* Supporting the team to achieve overall company sales targets
What we’re looking for:
* Experience and passion for account management, preferably within telecoms or technology
* Ability to close sales
* Confidence in communicating with clients across different channels
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Motivation to achieve targets and improve processes

Additional information:
* Location: Poole, Dorset (hybrid working with 2-3 days p/wk from home)
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
