What You'll Do: - Perform skilled welding tasks in medium to heavy engineering environments. - Read and interpret drawings and project specifications. - Join and fabricate metal parts in various processes, materials and positions for construction and structural projects. - Ensure the highest standards of safety and quality in all welding tasks. Compensation and Benefits: - Competitive salary starting at £18.47/hour £15 per night working away allowance £25 per day sustenance allowance - Standard overtime rate of £27.70/hour and £39.48/hour on Sundays - Comprehensive pension plan and additional benefits. - 25 days holiday allowance plus statutory holidays. - Loyalty bonus scheme rewarding long-term commitment.
