Div h3 Requirements /h3 ul li You have experience of building strong, trusting relationships with Directors level stakeholders /li li You have significant experience as a People Partner working with varied Operational business areas /li li Inclusion is at the forefront of your mind at all times /li li You can prioritise in a fast paced, high growth environment /li li You have designed, delivered and embedded new ways of doing things /li li You’re comfortable analysing data to make data based decisions /li li You have experience in things such as organisational design, employee relations, succession planning and talent development /li /ul h3 What the job involves /h3 ul li We are growing our Customer Operations People Partner team and are looking to hire an experienced People Partner who is excited by our mission and goals. /li li You will work side by side with our leaders across Customer Operations to design and deliver their people strategy and deliver excellent people experience in the areas you support. /li li You will be bringing your know-how and wisdom to the team, coaching our Monzonauts to drive great outcomes /li li You will be part of the Operations leadership team, but your home team will be the People Collective. Your home team will be a source of information, expertise, support and encouragement /li li Work as a strategic and trusted partner to Directors across our Operations teams, creating and delivering against a people plan that enables Monzonauts to solve problems with empathy and pace to deliver effortless, uniquely Monzo experiences for Customers and Colleagues /li li Collaborating with Senior Leadership teams across Operations to drive high performance, engagement and healthy organisation design /li li Own the people's life-cycle within your business area proactively iterating and improving your approach as you go /li li Collaborating with our Diversity Lead to drive measurable change in company level D&I goals within Tech & Business teams /li li Identify and surface trends in data to improve organisational health and drive change through your stakeholders /li li Be responsible for supporting headcount management decisions, aligned for budget for the areas /li li Empower and coach managers to level up as leaders and be the best they can be /li li Help teams develop strong diversity and inclusion practices /li li Work with the leads in People (Learning & Development, Reward, Talent, etc.) to define team specific requirements /li li Monitoring external trends to inform best practices internally /li /ul /div #J-18808-Ljbffr
