Your home team will be a source of information, expertise, support and encouragement /li li Work as a strategic and trusted partner to Directors across our Operations teams, creating and delivering against a people plan that enables Monzonauts to solve problems with empathy and pace to deliver effortless, uniquely Monzo experiences for Customers and Colleagues /li li Collaborating with Senior Leadership teams across Operations to drive high performance, engagement and healthy organisation design /li li Own the people's life-cycle within your business area proactively iterating and improving your approach as you go /li li Collaborating with our Diversity Lead to drive measurable change in company level D&I goals within Tech & Business teams /li li Identify and surface trends in data to improve organisational health and drive change through your stakeholders /li li Be responsible for supporting headcount management decisions, aligned for budget for the areas /li li Empower and coach managers to level up as leaders and be the best they can be /li li Help teams develop strong diversity and inclusion practices /li li Work with the leads in People (Learning & Development, Reward, Talent, etc.) to define team specific requirements /li li Monitoring external trends to inform best practices internally /li /ul /div #J-18808-Ljbffr
