The Role As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting both pupils and teachers throughout the school day. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the class teacher during lessons and learning activities Working with small groups of pupils who need additional support Assisting with literacy, phonics and numeracy activities Encouraging pupils to stay engaged and confident in lessons Supporting behaviour and positive classroom routines Helping to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll gain valuable classroom experience every day.
