Our client a leading national IT Company are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to strengthen relationships with strategic partners and ensure the highest standards of service delivery across client portfolio. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on building trust, driving performance, and shaping long-term commercial success within the healthcare landscape. Working remotely, duties to include: * You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key healthcare accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional service, tailored solutions, and proactive support. * Working closely with clinical, operational, and commercial teams, you’ll identify opportunities for growth, improve service outcomes, and act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders. * Manage and develop long-term relationships with key healthcare clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. * Serve as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing strategic guidance. * Analyse account performance, identify trends, and present insights to internal teams and clients. * Work collaboratively with clinical, operational, and commercial colleagues to deliver tailored solutions and service improvements. * Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross‑selling. * Lead regular review meetings, prepare reports, and ensure contractual obligations are met. * Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare market trends, regulatory changes, and client needs. * Support bid, tender, and proposal activity where required. This role suits someone who is confident, relationship‑driven, and commercially aware, and a strong understanding of the healthcare sector, whether NHS, private healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics or pharmaceutical would be beneficial. As a successful candidate you will possess strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, commercially astute with experience analysing data and presenting insights. A full UK driving licence is essential.
