Sandwell Council is looking for two full-time Area SENCO Assistants to join their Inclusion Support Early Years Team. This role involves supporting the Area SENCO Team in enhancing outcomes for young children aged 0–5 years with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The successful candidates will collaborate with early years practitioners and families to improve early identification and intervention processes for children with SEND. Essential qualifications include an NNEB/BTEC/NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education or higher, along with strong communication skills.
