About the role:
1. Dealing with high volumes of calls
2. Scheduling appointments for operatives
3. Liaising with clients, sub-contractors, supplies, and supervisors
4. Managing calls on the system
5. Performing general administration
6. Planning repairs and maintenance requests for relevant operatives
7. Ensuring trade skill sets and location parameters are effective
8. Liaising with operatives, tenants, and the client
9. Document control: ensuring worksheets are received and checked
10. Working towards individual and client KPIs
11. Handling council and private housing contracts, planning, and scheduling routine, essential, and emergency property maintenance works
12. Tracking and monitoring tasks to completion
13. Coordinating with in-house and third-party engineers, tradesmen, and council operatives to plan appointments, materials, and logistics, including schedule reorganizations
14. Organizing external supply companies
15. Ensuring all trades are prepared and present on-site, and works are completed in line with client deadlines
16. Working effectively in a fast-paced environment with collaboration among key stakeholders, clients, councils, housing agents, suppliers, and trades
