The North Hammersmith & Fulham Primary Care Network (PCN) isseeking a highly motivated and experienced Non-Clinical Director toprovide strategic, operational, and programme leadership across itsnine GP practices serving a population of 58,000 in and around theW12 area of London.
This seniorleadership role will be central to supporting the PCNs continuedgrowth and maturity, ensuring delivery of integrated,population-focused, and digitally-enabled primary care services inline with the recent NHS 10 Year Health Plan, North West London ICBpriorities, and the transformation to neighbourhood-based integratedteams.

Keyresponsibilities for the North H&F PCN Non-Clinical Directorinclude:
Providingstrategic and operational leadership, aligning PCN priorities withthe NHS 10 Year Health Plan, NWL ICB objectives, and localpopulation health needs.
Championingpopulation health management and place-based working atPCN/neighbourhood level, focusing on prevention, early intervention,and integrated care.
Driving PCNdevelopment and transformation, embedding new care models includingenhanced access hubs, same-day triage, and wraparound services.
Supportingthe operationalisation of Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs).
Overseeingdelivery of PCN specifications and ARRS workforce schemes.
Monitoringand reporting on PCN performance, using data and analytics toimprove access, manage demand, and achieve better patient outcomes.
Buildingstrong partnerships with practices, community providers, localauthorities, and patients, ensuring meaningful engagement andrepresentation at borough and system forums.
Drivingdigital innovation across the PCN, supporting digital-firstapproaches, online triage, the NHS App, shared care records, andsecure interoperable systems.
Overseeingworkforce planning and development, supporting recruitment,training, and delivery of ARRS roles, while promoting an inclusiveculture.
Maintainingprofessional standards through appraisal, mandatory training, andcontinuous personal development.

Hammersmith and Fulham Centres for Health at Hammersmith Hospital. The postholder will need to work flexible from practices across the PCN as required.

Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent working experience
Experience
* Senior management and leadership experience within the NHS, social care, or public sector, ideally in primary care, PCNs, or ICBs.
* Proven track record of leading complex programmes, partnerships, or transformation projects across organisational boundaries.
Knowledge and Skills
* Strong strategic thinking with a focus on delivery, performance, and improvement.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities, with knowledge of population health and integrated care.
* Familiarity with the NHS Long Term Plan, PCNs, and ICS working.
* Understanding of corporate governance systems and assurance processes.
* Flexible, adaptable, and able to simplify complex issues to support collaboration and shared understanding.
