The Twisting Ducks Theatre Company is seeking a Treasurer to help us achieve our vision of a society that values diversity, creativity, and citizenship for people with learning disabilities and autistic individuals.

Candidate Requirements
* 3+ years of professional finance experience, understanding of SMEs; charity finance knowledge is a plus.
* Strong commitment to our mission and values.
* Willingness to promote rights of people with learning disabilities and autism.
* Networking skills and a desire to leverage contacts for our mission.
* Strategic thinking and openness to accessible, inclusive working methods.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to contribute constructively to discussions.
* No prior board experience necessary.

Role Responsibilities
You will work with a dedicated board and senior team to help us use arts to address inequalities and enhance wellbeing. Responsibilities include overseeing financial management, supporting projects led by people with lived experience, and helping deliver community outreach, performances, and media projects that raise awareness and create opportunities for our community.
