Role Overview
This role involves supporting the accounts team with administrative processes related to utility management and finance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handover of all utilities to clients
2. Managing and posting utility data
3. Analyzing and approving invoices
4. Reconciling and investigating discrepancies in prices with sites
5. Participating in ad hoc projects with the finance department
6. Setting up utility spreadsheets for each contract
7. Handling utility queries daily
8. Processing service bills based on site readings
