Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of machinery and equipment.
* Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime.
* Work collaboratively with production teams to improve efficiency and reliability.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety standards.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role within FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry.
* Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexible and adaptable to shift work.
