Amour Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for an Office Administrator, on behalf of our wonderful client based in Totton, Southampton.
In this exciting role, you'll support a busy operation, acting a s point of contact for client enquiries, assisting with the booking of work, processing of invoices and general enquiries.
You'll be joining a small intimate team, so you'll need to be a great team player, open to collaboration and ownership of processes to ease the team's workload.

Responsibilities
1. Acing as a first point of contact for client enquiries.
2. Onboarding clients onto dedicated CRM system.
3. Drafting of legal paperwork and contracts.
4. Updating Company record systems with client information.
5. Providing clear updates to client s on works and operations.
6. Prepare and follow up on quotations for works.
Requirements
7. Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
9. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
10. Strong typing skills with high accuracy; familiarity with data entry procedures
11. Knowledge of office management practices and clerical procedures
12. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00 (1 in 2 Fridays 7:00 - 15:00)
Salary: from £25,000 Depending on experience
