The Person
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
A customer-first attitude with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
The Role
Assist in managing all F&B Meeting & Events and support wider F&B retail outlets to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Support inventory control, ordering, and supplier relationships
Maximimise sales and revenue opportunities across the Food and Beverage department
Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain a positive team environment
Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly
Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations
