I’m partnering with a leading organisation based near Ipswich that’s looking to welcome a talented Management Accountant to their growing finance team. This is a newly created position, offering the opportunity to make a real impact while supporting the Financial Controller and contributing to the continued success of the business.
The Opportunity
This role offers exposure to exciting projects and strategic initiatives, giving you the platform to accelerate your career development. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, gaining valuable insight and responsibility within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Preparation of monthly management accounts
2. Budgeting and forecasting
3. Variance analysis and insightful reporting
4. Supporting year-end processes and audit
5. Assisting the Financial Controller with strategic projects and financial planning
6. Driving process improvements and efficiencies
About You
7. Experienced in a Management Accountant or similar role
8. Part-qualified, qualified, or qualified by experience (study support available if required)
9. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
10. Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with stakeholders across the business
11. Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress
What’s on Offer
12. £40,000 – £50,000 salary
