We are seeking an exceptional, high-performing individual to join our Employee Wellbeing function in a systems, data. project-focused Health & Safety Assistant role.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving projects, improving systems, strengthening data insight, and delivering smarter, more efficient ways of working across Health & Safety and the wider Employee Wellbeing service.


We are looking for someone who:

* Has a proven track record in fast-paced, improvement-driven environments
* Demonstrates experience delivering projects, systems improvements, or service redesign
* Can analyse data and translate it into meaningful insight and action
* Actively identifies inefficiencies and implements practical, sustainable solutions
* Is confident working with digital platforms, automation, and emerging technologies (including AI)
* Thrives on accountability and delivering measurable outcomes
* Communicates with clarity and confidence across multidisciplinary teams


This role would suit someone who:

* Has worked in innovation, transformation, operations improvement, or digital systems roles
* Enjoys solving complex problems and making work better through smarter processes
* Is motivated by impact, pace, and continuous improvement
* Can work in the field to gather insight to inform process mapping and improvement
