Working Site Foreman - Central Leeds
Location: Leeds, LS1
Pay Rate: £255 per day
Duration: 15 weeks
Start Date: Monday 8th June
Working Hours:
* Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-4:00pm
* Friday: 7:30am-3:00pm
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Working Site Foreman to oversee a structural alterations and restoration project in Leeds. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone confident managing trades, maintaining site standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervising site activities and coordinating trades
* Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
* Overseeing structural alterations, masonry, and steelwork elements
* Managing daily progress, reporting, and quality checks
* Working closely with the project manager to maintain programme timelines
Required Certifications
* SMSTS or SSSTS - essential
* First Aid (3-day) - essential
* Asbestos Awareness - advantageous
* Manual Handling - advantageous
