* Location: South Shields, NE33 2QU
* Hours: 18 per week
* £12.21 per hour
We're seeking an experienced Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in South Shields, where you will play a key role in providing compassionate support.
The Role
Providing support to a gentleman within his own home, duties will include:
* Tending to all aspects of daily living, including personal care
* Domestic Household Support (cooking, cleaning, and maintaining the home)
* Support with budgeting and finances
* Social Support, helping to engage in community and social activities
* Family Support, assisting families in maintaining relationships
* Medication Support
* Liaison with Health Professionals and Social Care Professionals to ensure holistic care
* In-house and out-of-house activities, including assisting with outings
Various shift patterns: days, evenings, nights, weekends and sleep overs, including day shift 8am – 9pm.
