You will be supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs in educational settings. This may include working 1:1 or as part of a wider classroom support team.

The role can be both rewarding and challenging. We are looking for individuals who are:

Confident working with children with complex needs

Resilient and at times, “thick-skinned” when facing challenging behaviours

Patient, adaptable, and proactive in their approach

Passionate about making a positive impact every day

Experience in a school setting or previous 1:1 support work is highly desirable.

Start Dates

September 2026: Main intake for long-term and permanent opportunities

Summer 2026: Trial shifts, short-term placements, and experience opportunities available ahead of September

Our Approach

As an agency, we are heavily focused on quality. We are committed to placing strong, reliable, and engaged individuals into our settings.

Clear communication and active engagement throughout the vetting and onboarding process are essential. The more responsive and organised you are, the quicker we can clear you for work and place you into Lont-Term roles.

Hold (or be willing to obtain) a Child-Only Enhanced DBS, and register it on the Update Service

Provide a full working/education history

Be able to supply references covering up to 6 years, particularly where you have worked with children

Be proactive in obtaining and submitting required documentation

Why Join Us?

Flexible working across a range of settings

Supportive agency with a strong focus on quality placements

Clear pathway into long-term and permanent roles
