Salary: £35,375 - £37,625 depending on experience

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About The Role
We are seeking to appoint a deputy manager to join our team at Spring Meadow. This is a brand new, three-bedroom home opening in Leyland .
This position is not shift work, does not have sleep ins and is working Monday to Friday. There may on occasions be the requirement to pick up if required to meet the needs of the young people in the home. Sleep ins are paid at an additional £45 per sleep in.

1. Essential - QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare/Level 3 Diploma Children and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent)
2. Essential - Suitable experience at Senior/Team leader or Deputy manager level specifically within a residential home for children, leading on shifts and following the children’s homes regulations.
