The Vacancy

We're looking for a Centre Manager to manage Exmouth House and Ink Rooms.
You'll need great social and administrative skills and the ability to run a building as if it were your own. You will be managing and leading a small team and be responsible for service charge budgets, customer service, finding innovative ways to reach our Net Zero Carbon Goal by 2030, and handling general property queries.
You will also work with our central marketing team to put on regular events and customer engagement activities. You will be excellent at building relationships, thinking on your feet and solving problems independently.
