We have an opportunity for a Receptionist to join our busy Student Services team, to provide a welcoming and efficient customer focused service. As one of the College’s Receptionists your duties will include welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring enquiries, responding to emails in a friendly and efficient manner. You will also prepare outgoing post for collection as well as sort and distribute incoming post and parcels to staff pigeonholes. You would also help us to maintain our security by following procedures, such as monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges.
