What you’ll be doing Complete various tasks to support business leaders including typing, scheduling meetings, sharing meeting agendas and following up. Be responsible for the look, feel and presentation of the office – organising deep cleans when needed, reporting maintenance and keeping a clean and organised space. Be proficient in the main nursery systems and Microsoft Office, being able to explain these to parents and effectively coach the nursery teams. Support operational logistics, delivering internal mail and shared resources and equipment to our nurseries across the East Midlands. Prepare and organise resources for staff training, meetings and workshops. Cover inbound calls to support the Parent Experience Team, transferring calls internally and sharing information/messages as necessary. Support with organising and coordinating central calendars, ensuring single source of truth. Perform data entry tasks with accuracy supporting various business functions including accounts/finance, operations and people. Keep digital and physical records up to date, organised and complaint with relevant regulations. Support with filing, scanning, photocopying and other administrative tasks. Be responsible for creating, printing and distributing staff IDs for our 300 strong workforce, replacing when they expire or individuals have a change to their role.
