Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Italian Speaking Project Coordinator / Office Manager to join a well-established and growing company based in Swindon.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with previous experience in project coordination or office management. The role will involve supporting the delivery of projects while ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate projects from start to completion
* Liaise with Italian-speaking clients and suppliers
* Manage project timelines, schedules, and documentation
* Provide administrative and operational support to senior management
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Handle client enquiries and ensure excellent communication
* Support general office management duties
* Assist with improving processes and efficiency
Requirements
* Fluent in Italian and English (essential)
* Previous experience in a project coordination, project support, or office management role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office; CRM systems advantageous)
