We have an exciting opportunity at our Harpurhey Campus to join our Foundation Learning and Student Support Department as a Care Experienced Administrator on a permanent, full-time (35 hours per week), term-time only basis (over 38 weeks). As our Care Experienced Administrator, you will: Provide proactive and responsive administrative support to Designated Teachers, Pastoral Support Officers, and wider staff involved in the student support team. Coordinate and track key processes such as PEPs (Personal Education Plans), CLA reviews, and pupil premium funding, ensuring deadlines are met and information is accurate. Be a key point of contact for external partners such as Virtual Schools, Local Authorities, and support agencies. Contribute to improving outcomes by maintaining accurate data, enabling effective monitoring of progress, attendance, and engagement.
