We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor based in Bedford for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Summary of the Customer Service Advisor role Salary: up to £26,000 Location: Bedford Type of Contract: Permanent Hours: 37 hour working week Monday - Friday Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor * Order entry via SAP. * Act as the first point of call for all customers. * Assist customers with enquiries and provide updates on orders. * Maintain and analyse customer forecasts. * Engage in monthly forecasting review meetings. * Create purchase orders. Requirements for a successful Customer Service Advisor * Experience within a similar role previously. * Analytical and reporting skills. * Customer service experience. * Well organised, with attention to detail. * Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel and SAP. * Experience using CRM systems. * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
