Where You’ll Be Working
Located in London’s Moorgate, the Old Doctor Butler’s Head is a traditional pub dating back more than 400 years. A short stroll from the Guildhall, it is a popular spot with City workers and its first floor function room is a constantly busy with events and meetings in the area.
What You’ll Do
* Take full ownership of the pub’s day-to-day operations and overall performance.
* Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver outstanding service.
* Manage budgets, stock control, and cost efficiency to maximise profitability.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Drive sales and implement initiatives to grow the business.
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Work closely with senior management to deliver company objectives.
