Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive industry research to understand recruitment trends, target sectors, and competitor strategies.
* Develop targeted business development strategies and outreach campaigns focused on key industries and roles.
* Execute lead generation through targeted outreach using LinkedIn, networking events, and email marketing.
* Develop and maintain robust relationships with HR managers, CEOs, and hiring decision-makers.
* Source and engage potential candidates, conducting initial screenings and managing candidate databases effectively using CRM systems.
* Prepare and deliver impactful client proposals, negotiate agreements, and secure recruitment service contracts.
* Represent the company at networking events, industry forums, and through thought leadership on digital platforms to strengthen employer branding.
* Continuously evaluate business performance metrics, refine outreach and recruitment strategies, and identify growth and revenue expansion opportunities.
