Injection Mould Setter Permanent Salary dependent on experience Monday – Friday (rotating shift) Week 1: Monday 05:00 – 13:30, Tuesday – Thursday 05:50 – 13:50, Friday 05:50 – 13:20 Week 2: Monday – Thursday 13:00 – 21:00, Friday 12:30 – 20:30 Birmingham Injection Mould Setter Job Description Perform tool changes and ensure injection moulding machines are set to correct parameters, maintaining production KPIs. Conduct machine safety checks, OHC checks, and ensure proper PPE is worn at all times. Troubleshoot processing problems and escalate issues to the Technician or Technical Support as needed. Ensure job start-ups run correctly, completing start-up check sheets and adhering to 5S/housekeeping standards. Collaborate with production personnel to ensure all parts meet quality requirements and address any quality issues promptly. Injection Mould Setter Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Proven experience in injection moulding processes and tool changes. Strong understanding of Health & Safety standards and adherence to PPE requirements. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve processing problems efficiently. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
