The Role

ROLE OBJECTIVES

This performance profile seeks to attract a performance marketer with a proven track record of driving business growth using paid tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, and other paid marketing platforms.

As a performance marketer, you will be accountable for driving revenue and sales for Retail Dental Cover and Corporate Dental Cover.

This role will report to the Head of Marketing and will be part of the Retail Dental Cover & Corporate Dental Cover Divisions. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with at least 6 hours of overlap between 8 am-5 pm GMT+10 (Brisbane, Australia).

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute paid search strategies aligned with business goals to increase member acquisition across Google, Bing, and other platforms.
* Develop and execute paid social campaigns to acquire and retain members.
* Create platform-specific ad creatives (videos and static) for channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
* Monitor, analyze, and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI, improve CTR, and reduce CPA.
* Collaborate with sales to align messaging and drive growth.
* Conduct keyword research, manage bids, ad copy, and landing page optimization.
* Analyze paid social campaigns for ROI and CPA improvements.

Own the Complete Funnel

* Generate leads and revenue through targeted campaigns at all funnel stages.
* Track impressions to conversions daily.
* Identify and troubleshoot performance issues.
* Report insights regularly to stakeholders.
* Coordinate with design, content, and IT teams.

Budget Management

* Manage PPC and paid social budgets effectively for optimal performance.

Testing

* Develop hypotheses and prioritize testing plans.
* Coordinate A/B testing of ad elements to identify high performers.

Performance Reporting

* Generate and analyze reports on key PPC and paid social metrics.
* Provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.

Explore New Platforms

* Identify and test new paid platform opportunities.
* Drive growth through experimentation and data-driven decisions.
* Coordinate with creative teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
* Align performance strategies with organic initiatives.
* Communicate performance updates to stakeholders.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

* Acquisition: Grow Smile Dental Cover sales month-on-month.
* ROI: Measure revenue and lifetime value, ensuring positive ROI.
* CAC: Optimize customer acquisition cost within budget.
