Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our busy Finance team. This part-time role covers both purchase and sales ledger duties, including invoice processing, reconciliations, payment runs, and supporting daily invoicing tasks.
Responsibilities
* Manage purchase ledger from end-to-end (invoices, approvals, payments, reconciliations).
* Support sales ledger tasks including processing invoices and picking notes.
* Assist with filing and provide general finance admin support.
Requirements
* Experience in accounts administration (purchase/sales ledger).
* Knowledge of Sage (or similar software) desirable.
* Strong accuracy, organisation, and MS Office skills.
Part-time hours (25 per week, Mon–Fri)
