Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Development Technologist, located in Sheffield. The Development Technologist will be responsible for developing and improving food products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting sensory evaluations, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. The role involves overseeing the production process, troubleshooting issues, and conducting research to innovate new products and improve existing ones.
Qualifications
* Strong background in Food Technology and Food Science
* Proficient Analytical Skills
* Experience in Food Manufacturing
* Excellent Communication skills
* Detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
