You’ll be responsible for:
* Promoting an inclusive, supportive team environment.
* Maintaining quality systems and support delivery across all project stages.
* Managing tasks, documentation and analysis to meet project milestones.
* Monitoring budgets, risks and mitigations.

* Building strong relationships and collaborate effectively with design and consultant teams.
* Applying best practice and independently manage defined project elements.
You’ll need to have:
* BPSS‑level security clearance (or ability to obtain) with developing project management experience in property or infrastructure.
* Growing commercial, financial, construction and programme knowledge.
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with stakeholder engagement experience.
* Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) and commitment to learning, innovation and sustainability.
