SAP and Stores Coordinator
Location: Diss, Norfolk
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Working hours: Monday – Friday (Early Finish Fridays)

Our Client
Our client is a leading manufacturer, part of a multi‑billion‑pound global group, with a reputation for product quality which is second to none and industry leading standards.
Role and Responsibilities
* Develop, update and manage maintenance plans and work order finance in SAP for plant maintenance and material management.
* Stock and inventory control – manage material stock locations and ensure accurate descriptions in SAP.
* Receive, inspect and issue materials, maintain stock levels.
* SAP user for all PPM and engineering coordination – parts, spares and materials to be readily available.
* Ensure BOMs, track lists and equipment master data are maintained on the system.
* Work closely with suppliers and logistics for delivery schedules, returns and finance teams.
* Generate SAP reports (work order completion, material usage, maintenance KPIs).
* Promote engineering reliability and proactive maintenance.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Must have used SAP – ideally a Super User.
* Beneficial to have worked in engineering and manufacturing.
* Experience of stores control, ordering, engineering spares, inventory control, materials.
* Proactive individual that is passionate about continuous improvement and reliability engineering.
* High attention to details, organised and accurate with data and stock management.
* Computer literate and happy being hands‑on in a store area.
* Effective communicator, able to work with various departments and external suppliers.
