Are you a nurse looking for a supportive team and the opportunity to develop new skills? This is an exciting time to join the overnight community nursing service in West Herts. We are developing new community pathways to support more care in people’s homes, with new learning and development opportunities through the CLCH Academy.
Listen to what our staff have to say about their jobs:
Mande has worked in the community for 10 years. She is currently a Community Nurse Team Lead for the Dacorum Planned Care Team. She says:
“I have found working in the community to be extremely rewarding. Since joining the team, I have progressed from a band 5 to a band 6 caseload manager, and now a band 7 lead within Dacorum. No two days are the same, and there are many opportunities to learn new skills. CLCH values its staff and supports their growth, reflected in our academy’s values. Working in patients’ homes is very rewarding; it’s a privilege to help them through challenging times. We are a welcoming, friendly team that supports each other. I encourage anyone to apply.”
