About the role...
You will be working in a well established Social Media team. Not only that, you will be working closely with the PR team to ensure that the work you are doing is closely aligned with wider campaigns at an agency level. This agency is bold and full to the brim with big picture thinkers. This role will enable you to think creatively in your everyday work and niche ideas are always encouraged. This is a role for a Senior Social Media specialist who has experience in end-to-end social from briefing, to ideation and all the way through to completion.
What you’ll be doing day to day...
* Setting up and supporting the team for success in reaching KPI's
* Being a main point of contact for clients
* Being involved in any pitching and briefs and effectively project managing that for the team
* Being able to strategise for clients with clear focus on their goals and the agencies deliverables
About you...
You will have been in Social Media 7+ years and have served a lot of that time in an agency. You will be versatile in your approach to social and have worked across all major channels (IG, TT, FB, YT, LinkedIn and Pinterest). Although your experience is heavily organic, it would be great to have paid understanding too. You will be ambitious and confident in your approach to work and have the experience and skillset behind you to back your decision making.
What we're looking for...
* Around 7 years experience in Social Media across agency and/or brand side
* Somebody looking to lead and grow an already sizeable social team
* Somebody with goals to progress into the next stage of their career in senior leadership / the board in the next few years
* You will have notable and demonstrable experience working in all aspects of social as you have developed in your career
* You are a big picture thinker and no idea is out of your realms - you work hard to produce a good campaign you are proud of!
