Position Details
* Type: Fixed-term contract for 1 year, starting September 2025
* Salary: T1 T9 (£31,650 to £49,084)
* Additional TLR available for leading KS4 courses for the right candidate
Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Drama specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will:
* Lead on strategies to ensure high-quality teaching in Drama and Music
* Develop student outcomes that meet or exceed expectations
* Engage in leadership development and prepare for senior leadership roles
