Multi Trader - Social Housing
You must have your own vehicle to use.
Location: Chelmsford and surrounding areas.
Pay: £180 - £200 per day (self-employed) plus £50 per week fuel.
On-going self-employed position, with a view to go permanent.
Main Duties
* Carpenter / Plumber duties
* Carpentry repairs (1st & 2nd fix)
* Plastering & patch plastering
* Painting & decorating
* General building maintenance
* Flooring
Requirements
* Social housing experience and building services experience are essential.
* Full tools.
* UK driving licence.
* Own vehicle.
