Your previous experience within a Warehouse operation should enable you to engage, motivate and coach colleagues at all levels. You will be able to drive a strong team culture with a unified vision: delivering the best possible service to our customers.
More about you
1. You have proven previous warehouse experience in a similar environment
2. You have the ability to plan and prioritise your work effectively, coordinate different elements of the work and, where appropriate, delegate.
3. You will ideally have experience of using FLT and PPT/ MHE
4. You have a can do approach to the days requirements
5. You have the ability to work as part of a team
6. You`re proficient in the use of Microsoft office and will also be IT literate and able to learn the in house scanning systems with relevant training.
7. You will be able to work under you own initiative completing daily tasks within the tight time scales.

8. Work in a safe manner adhering to all site safety rules;
9. Liaise with both the retailer and customers to ensure accurate information and smooth running of the operation
10. Work to tight deadlines;
11. Maintaining high levels of hygiene;
12. Direct and be responsible for a small team of operatives, ensuring that the team meet the demands of a major retail customer;
13. Maintain the sites environmental targets through correct control of recyclable waste;
14. Ensure all work is to a high level, including presentation;
15. Flexibility in the day to day routine.
