As Lead Practitioner, you will:
* Model outstanding classroom practice and inspire others.
* Support, coach, and mentor staff to develop their teaching and impact.
* Lead CPD and drive continuous improvement in English teaching.
* Contribute to strategic planning, curriculum design and assessment.
* Play a pivotal role in supporting early career teachers and those new to the profession.
