Snowbird Finance is a financial broker specialising in providing support for businesses and individuals within the healthcare sector for nearly 20 years, but with expertise extending well beyond that.

Our business is set up in two arms: an asset finance business that supports practices in various aspects such as new practice set-ups, re-fits, equipment purchases, as well as cash flow or tax loans to ensure the smooth operation of any practice.

Separately we also support practices in driving incremental business through consumer finance - allowing a practice's patients the ability to spread their costs over time.

Across both businesses we work with a wealth of funders to ensure clients receive the best value available in the market.

We are known for our exceptional customer service and we will often be the conduits for conversations with installers, resolving issues on behalf of clients to ensure their short-term and long-term success.

Due to a high level of demand, we need two sales representatives who can acquire and account manage

manufacturers and distributors across the UK. In particular we are looking for those operating in the Midlands/North and the Home Counties.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within their allocated region, developing and executing sales strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with distributors and manufacturers operating in the healthcare sector.

You'll work largely independently and be expected to maintain a close relationship with prospects and clients.

You will be someone with experience in Sales within an asset/equipment finance capacity and understand the role of a broker. You will be experienced and come with significant, proven legacy of growing existing business relationships, or developing entirely new ones.

Qualifications

* Proven sales experience in financing of large equipment (ideally within healthcare or a similar field)
* Possess a strong understanding of asset finance - the different options, tax implications etc
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Be able to sell finance as a concept as well as use finance as a tool
* Able to develop and execute successful sales strategies
* Experience in managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in the medical, dental, optical, veterinary, or cosmetic industry is a plus
