Exciting Opportunity for Dual Trained Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP) – Minor Illness & Injuries
Are you a highly skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner with dual training in Minor Illness and Injuries? Merco is working with a leading healthcare provider to recruit talented ACPs for their multidisciplinary teams across two sites in Leeds.
The Role:
As an ACP in this dynamic team, you will:
* Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions, including prescribing medication (if qualified).
* Provide expert care for undifferentiated and complex cases, ensuring the best patient outcomes.
* Conduct face-to-face consultations, deliver urgent primary care, and facilitate onward referrals where necessary.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring patients receive the right level of care.
* Utilise your clinical expertise to support high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
* Hold a valid NMC or HCPC PIN.
* Possess an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or relevant Level 6/7 ANP courses.
* Have advanced physical assessment and consultation skills – Level 7.
* Have at least three years' post-qualification experience in urgent care, primary care, or a hospital setting.
* Have injury training with experience in managing a range of minor injuries.
* Hold Non-Medical Prescribing – Level 7.
* Be able to work autonomously across various conditions and patient age groups, including infants.
* Have the right to work in the UK.
