Job Description Operations Manager – Care & Nursing Homes | Up to £65,000 This role is for an experienced Operations Manager with a background in care or nursing homes, supporting older adults. You’ll take accountability for operational performance, compliance, and quality across a portfolio of luxury services in the Norfolk and Suffolk area. Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar senior role within care or nursing homes. Background supporting older adults services. Strong knowledge of compliance, quality standards, and operational governance. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally. What You’ll Do: Lead operational performance across a portfolio of care and nursing homes. Take accountability for compliance, governance, and quality of care delivery.
