We're seeking dedicated Supply Teachers to join our team in Bushey + the surrounding areas. Randstad is committed to providing high-quality teachers and support staff to our partnership schools and are currently looking for supply teachers to join our team! Our partnership schools are known for their supportive environment, engaged learners and their welcoming and collaborative teaching staff- does this sound like somewhere you'd like to work?
Role and Responsibilities of your supply teacher role:
1. Maintain a seamless learning experience for students when regular teachers are unavailable
2. Deliver engaging lessons following the provided curriculum or adapting as needed
3. Manage classroom dynamics and ensure a positive and conducive learning environment
4. Keep track of student progress and provide necessary age-appropriate feedback
5. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to uphold the school's educational standards
Qualifications & experience needed for the supply teacher role:
6. Education Degree or related field (PGCE or equivalent)
7. QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification
8. Strong communication and classroom management skills
9. Flexibility and adaptability to different teaching environments and subjects
10. Early Career teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply
