Warehouse Supervisor – Night Shift Competitive Salary, negotiable dependent on experience Based in Brandon The Role An experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor is required to take day-to-day ownership of warehouse operations on a full time night shift position. This role is very much floor-based, acting as the main point of control for daily activity and ensuring the warehouse runs safely, efficiently, and to plan. You will be responsible for directing the team, setting daily priorities, and making sure all processes are followed correctly across picking, goods movement, and dispatch. Key Responsibilities Supervision and Daily Planning Lead, organise, and deploy warehouse operatives across receiving, picking, and dispatch functions. Allocate workloads based on staffing levels and operational priorities. Continuously monitor progress during the shift, adjusting priorities where needed to meet deadlines. Ensure clear communication at shift changeovers and maintain consistency between supervisory cover.
