HGV Class 1 Driver needed for night shifts for immediate starts in Redditch!
Pure Staff are recruiting for HGV Class 1 Driver working night shifts for the role below.
Weekday work and weekend work available!!
Pay rates
Nights: £18.50 per hour Monday to Friday PAYE ONLY
Weekends and Bank Holidays: £19.50 per hour
Please note, the above rate quoted does not include holiday pay as holiday pay is paid separately when you book annual leave.
Candidates of Pure Staff do not pay weekly Umbrella Margins and/or Payroll Processing Fees.
Duties
* RDC trunking and store deliveries.
* Handball involved to help unload the trailer.
* Modern, well looked after trucks.
* Daily Vehicle checks.
* A professional manner when dealing with the end customer.
* Always Wearing the correct PPE whilst working (safety Boots and Hi-Vis).
Start times can vary but we are looking to start between 17.00-23.00 on nights. Shifts can be long but in keeping with tachograph law up to 10 to 12 hours per shift on average.
HGV Drivers required immediately for temporary work for a client who specialises in RDC and store deliveries across the UK. Our customer in Redditch is one of our largest clients based in the Worcestershire area and are well known for treating their drivers well from previous positive feedback.
Requirements
* A valid HGV C+E HGV Class 1 Driver License
* 6 months experience is required
* Shop delivery experience
* Valid CPC Card
* Valid Digital Card
* Clean Driving License with no more than 6 points (No TT TS MS DR DD) codes.
