The Role
We are looking for a Support Worker to work night shifts with a real passion for the role, your kind and caring demeanour will stand out, and most importantly you'll bring the skills required to provide exceptional care and support to those we serve.
With personalised support plans tailored to individual needs, provided by core staff teams in the comfort of their own home, we strive to make a difference in quality of life. The individuals we support will have a personalised staffing ratio in order to provide a person-centred service that is truly based upon each individual's needs.
Our customers require specialised support to truly thrive, and you will be there to provide it by assisting with daily living activities, support in the community and offering care and support to ensure positive outcomes. Each day will be unique, offering work that is both diverse and fulfilling.
Duties Include:
Administering Medication
Support in the community
Daily living activities
Meal Preparation
Carrying out Hobbies and Interests
About You
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience supporting adults with complex learning disabilities and autism. You'll also be committed to inspiring the people you support to make a positive difference in their lives.
Due to the location of this role a driving licence is highly advantageous.
