Job Description As a Senior Analytical Chemist, you will lead method development and validation efforts, using advanced techniques such as HPLC, GC-MS, and Karl Fischer. This role involves mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement in laboratory processes. Develop and validate analytical methods for chemical compounds Line management responsibility for Analytical Chemists and Lead Analytical Chemists. Manage the delivery of contractual KPIs to customers specifications. Assist in the training of staff. Liaise with the customer to update on progress, plan work and provide technical advice and guidance. Perform analyses using sophisticated instrumentation and techniques. Prepare technical reports and ensure compliance with quality systems. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Collaborate with customers to plan work and share progress updates. Represent the laboratory in meetings and contribute to technical discussions.
