About the Role Based at our recently transformed Salisbury campus, following a £14 million investment in cutting-edge teaching and learning facilities, you will play a pivotal role in shaping an inspiring environment for students and staff alike. As part of the campus leadership team, you will work closely with the Executive Director to set and deliver the strategic direction of the campus. You will champion curriculum excellence, elevate the quality of teaching, learning and assessment, and foster a culture built on collaboration, inclusion, and ambition. You will also develop strong partnerships with employers, universities, and community organisations to ensure our curriculum remains responsive, innovative, and aligned to local and national skills needsmaximising student success, progression, and employability. What Youll Do Provide strategic leadership across a diverse and dynamic faculty Drive curriculum development aligned to labour market intelligence and learner progression routes Ensure consistently high standards of teaching, learning and assessment in line with Ofsted and awarding body expectations Promote inclusive practice and improve outcomes for all learners Develop strong partnerships with employers, universities, and external stakeholders Lead on financial planning, curriculum efficiency, and resource management Inspire and develop high-performing teams, embedding a culture of excellence and continuous improvement What Youll Bring Qualified teacher status (Level 5 or above) with substantial teaching experience Proven leadership experience within Further Education or a similar educational setting A strong track record of curriculum leadership and quality improvement Sound understanding of Ofsted expectations, funding models, and performance frameworks Commitment to inclusive education and widening participation Excellent leadership and people management skills Strategic vision with a focus on innovation, growth, and responsiveness to skills needs Why This Role?
